I heard nothing but rave reviews from my coworkers and got a few recipe requests. Best way to achieve the sugar topped muffin/scone effect? We had surprise visitors who raved about how good they were. The term "cookie" was borrowed from the Dutch, who settled in New York in the early 1600s. The whey will sink to the bottom passing through the filter leaving a ring of clotted cream.
